Wave 21 The Barnards Live at Ronnie Scott’s. The Barnard family – the renowned cornet player Bob Barnard and his youngest son Adam used to come over to London from Australia and join elder brother Tony Barnard (on guitar) who has collaborated with Peter Ind (Bass) on a number of recordings. This was from a recording of their gig at Ronnie’s in August 2003. “Wonderful to meet up with them all either here or at other times in Australia. The challenge is always for us to find yet more creativity within the traditional constraints of playing standards. For us meeting up again it is always so enjoyable. We hope it is as much pleasure to listen to.
